critique me

This is a photo i took for the beginning slide of my project. i like the way that i cropped this picture. i also like the contrast between all the grays, whites and blacks. Another reason i like this photo is because it sort of looks like a panoramic. let me know what you think

update me

this weekend i wasn't too productive. i saw shutter island, which was a sick movie. I also thought about taking some pictures for this project. Although i didnt end up taking any, i definitely thought about it. this project is also turning out to be a little harder than i originally thought it would be. i'm having problems choosing a storyline, since i only have one character.

critique me.

This is a photo that i took for the vorticism project, but never used for my final presentation. I like this picture because it sort of leads the eyes from the front to the back. I also like that the picture makes the hoses look really long. It might just be the angle that it was taken at, but either way i think it looks pretty cool. The shadows also stick out too, and makes it more dramatic. let me know what you think.

updatin'

this weekend i went and took some photos at an old drive in movie theater. Last week we began to watch Metropolis and so when i took pictures this weekend at the movie theater, it kind of reminded me of that. So i hope i can use some of my photos for this next project because they came out pretty good in my opinion.

This is a picture that i took over the weekend for my project. i like this picture because it looks old and the typewriter looks cool. i thought it was sweet that inside this barn looking thing, was just a random typewriter sitting there. I think the story that goes along with photos are almost better then the photos itself.

this weekend i took some vorticism project pictures. it was pretty easy for me because i really enjoy taking photos of machinery and silhouettes and whatnot. I hope this project goes well for me, because so far it is one of my favorites. The tutorials were pretty awesome, and everything was pretty easy for me.

this weekend i worked on getting some photos of machinery, as well as silhouettes. Unfortunately i didnt end up getting any pictures, but it definitely crossed my mind once or twice. i'm excited for this project because i enjoy taking pictures of machinery and everything of the sort. it's probably my favorite thing to photograph.
